• Strong capability in System Thinking and developing effective process improvement proposals.

• Solid understanding of Internal Audit Standards and relevant laws/regulations.

• In-depth knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Control frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills for both report writing and executive presentations.

• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills for working with multiple stakeholders.

• Highly detail-oriented, ethical, honest, and possesses a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct end-to-end audits across all core business functions (Operations, IT, Finance/Accounting, Quality, Environmental, and Project Management) to ensure strict adherence to standards and regulations.

• Prepare audit reports with proactive, strategic recommendations. Serve as an internal consultant, advising departments on enhancing internal control systems and operational compliance.

• Play a vital role in overseeing the Anti-Bribery Management System and actively participate in the organization's enterprise risk management activities.

• Closely track and follow up on corrective actions. Summarize audit findings and recommendations quarterly for presentation to the Management Committee (MC).

• รับผิดชอบการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและเชิงแก้ไข (PM/CM/BD) อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือวัดและระบบควบคุมทั้งหมดใน คลังรับ-จ่าย LNG, ท่าเทียบเรือ, และหน่วยผลิตไฟฟ้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพสูง ตามมาตรฐานสากล

• ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรรมและปฏิบัติการในงาน ซ่อมบำรุงใหญ่ ที่ซับซ้อน เพื่อให้โครงการเสร็จสิ้นตามกำหนดเวลาและตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสูงสุด

• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาภายนอก และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลงานบำรุงรักษา รวมถึง อะไหล่ (Spare Part) ในระบบ SAP ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ

• ปฏิบัติงานทุกขั้นตอนโดยคำนึงถึง คุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยงของงานที่รับผิดชอบ

• Understanding of the LNG Terminal process or the energy/petrochemical industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possesses creativity and initiative, with a commitment to continuous self-improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and control Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) for critical machinery, equipment, and structures within the LNG terminal, Jetty, and Power Generation Unit to ensure maximum uptime.

• Lead major overhaul (Turnaround) operations and manage facility modification/upgrade works to strict engineering standards and schedules.

• Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) for spare parts procurement, manage asset/spare parts data in SAP (PM/MM), and supervise contractor performance.

• Strictly adhere to and enforce QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards and legal requirements in all operations and contractor activities.
