Process Engineer (Rayong Base)

Qualifications:

Age not over 30 years. (New Graduate Are Welcome)
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundation in Process Safety (MOC, HAZOP, PHA). Highly proficient in process optimization, engineering calculations, and reading engineering designs (P&ID, Control Philosophy, Logic Diagrams).
Proven ability to oversee and manage engineering and plant modification projects systematically.
Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues systematically.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills.
Intermediate English proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
English Skill (TOEIC Score > 600)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize production and utility systems to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet industry benchmarks.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and provide technical solutions for operational interruptions or non-standard client requests.
Lead plant modification projects end-to-end, managing everything from feasibility studies and budgeting to bidding (TOR/ITB), contractor supervision, and commissioning.
Develop and continuously update engineering procedures and work instructions to align with international best practices.
Oversee Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC). Ensure strict compliance with SSHE regulations and organizational quality standards (e.g., PSM, ISO standards).
Collaborate with internal teams to develop equipment switching plans and ensure seamless daily operations.

Solid knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance, including Power Transformers, Switchgear, UPS/Batteries, Generators, and Protection Relays. A foundational understanding of the LNG process is highly preferred.
Proficient in SAP (specifically for maintenance data and root cause analysis) and Microsoft Office.
Good command of written and spoken English.
A collaborative team player with a positive, open-minded attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong drive for continuous self-improvement.
English Skill (TOEIC Score > 600)

Responsibilities:

Plan and perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all electrical systems across the LNG terminal.
Inspect and certify electrical modifications and facility additions to ensure strict compliance with international standards.
Prepare procurement TORs, coordinate with vendors, and closely supervise on-site contractors.
Utilize SAP (PM & MM) to maintain accurate maintenance records and optimize spare parts inventory.
Collaborate on major plant turnarounds and manage the LMPT2 Maintenance Service Contract, covering planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Conduct task risk assessments and ensure full adherence to SSHE policies and corporate quality standards (e.g., ISO, PSM, TPM).
